Now, i want to count quantity follow slip_no and merchandise.
Example:
Merchandise :2501B002CA have 8 slip with quantity is 12 and 5 slip with quantity is 16.
Merchandise: 2501B001CA have 6 slip with quantity is 12 and 7 slip with quantity is 16.

Forms :: Tabular Form Top Record
Jun 22, 2011I have a data block with hundreds of records. I display data from the block on a tabular form. One of the items on a block is a "Employee Id". I also have a search button on a form. It lets the user enter "employee Id" and press the search to find the employee in a tabular list. Everything works just fine FIRST_RECORD and NEXT_RECORD commands do the job of finding. When the "Employee Id" is found I use Go_Item to focus on a found record. My question is how to make the found record to be the top/first item displayed in a tabular form. I spend two days searching forums for the answers. Unfortunately this is a user requirement and I must find a solution.

Mar 17, 2010I have a form reading record information from a flat file and inserting data into a number of varied tables. At the end of file (last line read) the form issues a commit to make all inserts/updates permanent.
There is a record that disappears in particular and this everytime I re-run the test. I mean than in Debug mode, I find it in the right table everytime I query that table until the moment the commit is issued in the code - which is definitely the opposite of what should happen. I understand that for some reason a rollback happens for that record (others are ok after the commit) but my point is that if for some constraint reasons, the record did not qualify, an error should have popped up right from the Insert that added that record, right? Then How comes I find it in the table up until the moment of the commit ?? ...is the deferrable constraint property a clue for digging further?

Mar 27, 2012In my form I have a submit button, when i click on it a sequence number to be generated and displayed in a text box.
I have created a sequence and tried inserting into table, it works fine however it's not getting displayed in form.
Note: Tried giving sequence.sequence_name.nextval in initial value of the text box, didn't work showed FRM-11324 error.

Apr 20, 2013I have a query that should return count the number of rows depending on the value of SLOT. The expected result will be like this:

4-6 TRALTEST43S2 2 4

The M column is used to count the total number of occurrences of a SLOT. Now, as for the N field, this is used to count the occurrence of the SLOT. In my example for the SLOT TRALTEST43S1, it has three occurrences so M will be 3. Why 3, is because of the WIPDATAVALUE. The WIPDATAVALUE of TRALTEST43S1 is 1-2 and 3. 1-2 WIPDATAVALUE signifies two occurrences (one to two) and 3 signifies only one occurrence. As for N, it should just count the number of occurrence. To further explain, see below:
WIPDATAVALUE SLOT N M
1-2 TRALTEST43S1 1 3 -> First occurrence in the total of 3
1-2 TRALTEST43S1 2 3 -> Second occurrence in the total of 3
3 TRALTEST43S1 3 3 -> Third occurrence in the total of 3
