Jan 17, 2012In our office one of our pc was worn out and d2k source files in the server were not able to open in another system for that we need to install the below D2k6i Version of Report;
Report Builder 6.0.8.24.0
if we try to open the file it shows the below error
"Warning: Opening a report saved with a newer version of Report Builder. Functionality may be lost. Continue? "
Currently we are using "Report Builder 6.0.8.11.3" is it possible to download the 6.0.8.24 version?

Mar 2, 2013We downloaded Arabic Version of workflow from server using WF_LOAD command.We are able to see Arabic names for item type,attribute,message etc if we open the .wft file in customer PC.But if we open it in our PC,Arabic names are coming as junk. We guess that it needs some setups.

and also suppose this is the query of the report

when pressing ok on the query statment in the report it give me this error: ORA-00904 "is_numeric_rep":invalid identifier although when i create this function as a stored function in the database schema and use it in the report it works fine with no problems.

Oct 15, 2010We are planning to upgrade a database from 9.2.0.8.0 to 10.2.0.4.0.We have a lot a PRO*C programs pre compiled using 9.2.0.8.0 (and most likely even 9.2.0.7.0) compiler.
if we could upgrade the database without having to re-compile all the programs.We have tested this approach against some of our programs. Most of them executed fine - but in 2 cases we are getting "ORA-01001 invalid cursor". I suspect, that the case is that Pre compiler version 9 is not supported against 10g databases - but I am not sure.
Would it be a better option to upgrade Pre compiler/client as the first step and the db as the second step (and would that be supported) ? We definitely don't want to upgrade both Pre compiler/Client and the Database in one goal - that would be too risky.

This format when opened in Excel does not group in separate columns resulting in all getting mixed up.I am looking a format like,
ProductID,Count,CountUnique,
1001,12,16,
1002,11,6,
1004,16,666,
1006,60,86,
This opens up clearly on excel. items like Product,Count are shown on separate columns along with the value.I am still looking into delimited formatting.
