I've created report to generate letters,my query contains records more than 1000 while generating report it shows report progress
"Formatting Page 1000" after that report builder gets closed without any error message,I've tried for 10 records it is working fine,
i want to use Graphic builder for make a chart in report builder. how can i use them for create a chart report? i need to see some samples for create my project. put a sample of .OGD and .rdf

I have a workbook in Discoverer which is not formatted correctly when I export it to excel. I have to re-size the columns and also adjust the height of the rows to see the data clearly.
Is there a way I can export the report without having to make these changes all the time?
I could not connect the reports builder to the database. Im trying to connect it to the XE database. I checked the tns names and the hosts. Everything seems to be fine. But still when i try to connect the report it throws an error "ORA 12541- tns no listner"..

All the reports are skipping one extra page after printing of last page irrespective of number of pages in the report. if same report file is generated and given to printer using dos or linex dosen't skips extra page at end. It happens only if i print the report through ORARRP. The report file extension is '.rrpt'.

But although perfectly working in SQLDeveloper, RB returns an ORA-942 table does not exist error, pointing at MY_DATASET as the offending name.
I need to produce Excel spreadsheet from report builder.currently I am getting a format like,
ProductID;Count;CountUnique;
1001;12;16;
1002;11;6;
1004;16;666;
1006;60;86;
This format when opened in Excel does not group in separate columns resulting in all getting mixed up.I am looking a format like,
ProductID,Count,CountUnique,
1001,12,16,
1002,11,6,
1004,16,666,
1006,60,86,
This opens up clearly on excel. items like Product,Count are shown on separate columns along with the value.I am still looking into delimited formatting.
My report builder crashes if I try to insert a graph from tool pallete.

Problem is that printer does not print the reports generated by d2k i suppose printer command is not sent to printer. My another printer HP laserjet 1160 can print the same reports without any trouble.

Now while displaying the report it display in correct size but while I print the report by default it takes printer page size and print in that paper size. I want to print the report in cheque size with continuous sheet with more than 900 cheque which defined in report property.
I want that the printer should print exact page length and width what i defined in report.
