I am using the notification from COM.ORACLE.APEX.GRITTER_NOTIFICATION but i am trying to make the exit button/icon be displayed all time. By default the exit / close button only appears when mouse over it what about if i want the icon to be displayed all time?

I am developing a Catalog style application and displaying pictures in an Interactive Report; I can get the Interactive Report to display the Icon view when users visit the report the first time, the report works pretty simply. It has a series of buttons for the Sections of the Catalog and when the user presses the button it fills a hidden item which is in the where criteria of the Catalog, all of this works great with one exception:
When the user clicks the Catalog button and the data in the Interactive Report Changes; the Report changes to "Report View" I would like to maintain the report in "Icon View" only is there a way how I could have the interactive report only show "Icon View".
I have seen the Skill builder plugin for Save Before Exit, and it looks great.
Unfortunately, my project is using apex 3.2.
Is there a recommended way to achieve this for a tabular for in apex 3.2.
I have received a service ticket from QA regarding one of the application forms does not close out even after the exit button is pressed. Instead, it goes to the previous record and continues to do so if there are multiple applications created and then exits at that point.

We are developing a C++ server which will process based on time based events. 1. Our business users had a requirement to approve or reject the Workflow Notification Emails form their Email account on MS Outlook Express. When they perform action from MS Outlook Express it sends email to wfmailer but no action perform in application. The notification inbox in application shows this notification as OPEN notification and the requested function also shows 'Waiting for Approval'.
2. I need to hide Request Information button/link from the email notification send through Workflow mailer to user. There are three actions button available in email notification Approve, Reject and Request Information. I need to have only two button Approve and Reject. How to hide Request Information button.

I want to create icon menu.
It fails to upload the images (newrec, saverec, delrec, etc) even the path is given in ICON_FILE_NAME.
I already have and use .gif files for icons on various buttons in my forms. I need to use a different .gif file to create a new icon. When I enter the file name of the new .gif is not displayed on the button. If I reference an old and working .gif. The .gif appears on the button. What rules if any, must I observe when creating/using .gif files as icons for buttons?
Does the .gif file have to be of a special type? If so, what will I need to do?

Tree node icons. I created a table named TEMP_USER_MENU and contains the following structure

Now all i wanted is to change each node icon. This query just make the parent nodes icon to OPEN folder like icon and the leaf node to FILE. You can see the decode query up there. It just chose the icons from the File_Name field when it founds 0 then it shows it's a parent node it makes it icon to OPEN else it make it to NEW.
Fist thing i want to know that from where the form builder is fetching these icons? i.e. from which path and what format it looks like a .png file ? .ico or a .jpeg file. I have searched a lot online but all in vain.
Second thing if i want to add unique icons in my menu tree on each node. Is there any possibility ? if yes. Then where should i keep my icons files and in which format?
i am populating 3 records in my data block.i do not want more than 3 rows.but when i click the plus icon in form menu one more row is getting generated which i do not want. i can restrict the new record addition through plus icon in menu bar for a particular block.

I have set up the smtp server for outgoing email and it all looks good just like multiple of our other boxes here.The problem is that the event (SUCCESS) for a job is raised yet the email notification is not sent. I had used a When-Validate-Item trigger against an text item.
Also i had a push button (EXIT) for Exiting from the Form with code : Exit_Form(no_validation);
But if an invalid text is entered in the Text-Item and after that if i use the EXIT push Button then it doesnot exit from the Form till a valid text is entered inside the Text-Item.

I have created one master detail form where on master i have one field with name status and if the status is changed to A it will prompt me to another detail block where i will fill the details and in case after i entered the details and then i decide it not to save and come back to main form without saving...how i can do it . I used go_blok In detail to go to master it goes to master but when i am saving the master the details get saved along with it.I dont want to save the detail and go to master block.
