I've configure TAF and Load Banalcing, both of server side some days ago. And now, I find Node 2 is accessed more than node 1. I upload some images here, anything you need to clarify information more, I can give.
Node 2 is often at 40%-55%, some time to 77%.
Node 1 is often 5-12%
Service TAF was configured

configure correctly my application, Oracle is version 11R1
My physical configuration is :
Site 1 (main building)
database on cluster : server1, server2
database : BASE1 available
Site2 (Backup Site)
database on cluster : server3, server4
database : DGBASE1 not available for users (dataguard)
I want to acces BASE1 first in load balancing server1,2 (normal usage) and DGBASE1 in load balancing server3,4 in case of failover after 5 retries of 10 secondes (in case of main buiding out of order, DGBASE1 will be available for users)
This is my actual setup :

My trouble is that with this configuration, access it randomly BASE1 or DGBASE1 but DGBASE1 is not available for users then I have failure
What could be the right configuration to obtain BASE1 first in load balancing (normal usage) and DGBASE1 in load balancing in case of failover of the BASE1 after 5 retries of 10 secondes ?

How do I update Table2(idno) with values of Table1(idno)? By the way there are other columns which i do not want to be touched. This is just to create a match parent-child table test data.
Example:

I want all idno values in Table2 to be identical with Table1. It can be any order as long as the value is 1 to 1. I just want it populated for test data purposes.

One Database (let's say DatabaseA) is in one data center, and the other (DatabaseB) is an a secondary, backup database. The RAC Cluster is all set up, working fine, etc. However, I Need to set up the machine.config file on my Windows Server, to go only connect to DatabaseA, unless it fails, in which case, we want it to connect to DatabaseB. Think we could do this if the host app server was Linux/Unix, but it is windows, and I just don't have the background as to the parameters to set up in the machine.config file. They are similar, but different, and we want a very specific behavior (use DatabaseA, unless fails, then DatabaseB). Application is .NET 4.0 app.

My datafile contains geometry defined as WKT URL...., a standard for geometry and also Oracle has a function called sdo_util.from_wktgeometry.If I'm using a separate 'insert into' statement using this function in sql*plus, there's no problem. But if I'm using the same function in my control-file for sql*loader import, I get a sql*loader-418 error: "bad datafile for column geometrie".
Why and how I can import WKT using sql*loader?

I got an csv file which got 52 sheets. Is there a way from sqlloder to load all these 52 sheets data. I in general seperate all these sheets into different CSV files and load. So, is there a better way to load.

1st table loaded with 1st record. But, 2nd record not loading.if i missed anything with WHEN/POSITION keyword ?

We do not want to store passwords in shell scripts and decided to use Secure External Password Store for hiding passwords instead of os authentication method. need few clarifications on the below.
1) Currently, we are creating oracle wallet entry on db server and making modifications in sqlnet.ora file accordingly. Is it good to use like this or we should do this only on a client machine?
2) Do we need any licensing to use this option?
3) Any knows issues with using oracle wallet?
4) Can we use orapki for creating oracle wallet instead of mkstore?
5) Any knows issues we face during startup and shutdown of db activities?
Every time interconnect IP ping failed between RAC servers,CRS causing reboot to the server. As documented,it is of 3 sec. Can we alter this setting to increase the ping failed (private IP) by more than 3secs.
