I also wrot a subquery like
select column1, column2, (select column3 from table1 order by code)
from .... but it seems I can not order in a subquery
Is there any way to do that

Oct 30, 2010i want to create a blood donor report, which consists of his profile, donations_n_tests details, donor_to_patient tracking. each is a different table which i have imported to the layout.
now the problem is that for the 1st ever layout that i make via the report builder wizard, it offers me to choose aggregate functions (like sum, cout, avg, etc). but for the rest of the tables that i import into this layout via ADDITIONAL LAYOUT OPTION (report block. it does not offer me these summary functions.
actually i can only configure aggrigate functions via the report layout wizard, perhaps report builder is not that friendly like form developer where we can put a display item set calculation mode to summary and specify the column for the aggregate function.

Aug 17, 2011I have done a matrix group report which displays the department codes as columns and main account as rows for a month my problem is there are two groups and in one group there is data for 5 departments and in other group there is data for 4 departments and in display if there is no data for one department it should come as fixed columns in order to make it more readable
.Is there any way where i can fake some null data and bring it as column or any other way.

May 30, 2013I have a matrix report that shows production per year(horizontal) and per country(vertical). The customer's willing to see the data ordered by production, and not per country. I tried to add a CF containing the production in the country group and order by that one, but I'm getting a message saying that the field object cannot be contained into the frame. Both the field and the containing frame are set to Variable. how to get rid of the error or how to achieve the main goal of ordering by the cell content?
